This page explains what this website stores in your browser and why. It is written in plain language on purpose — the short version is that we do not track you.
The short answer
This website does not use advertising cookies, does not build a profile of you and does not sell your data to anyone. It stores the progress of the cost calculators, so a half-finished quiz is not lost when you reload the page. It also counts visits with Google Analytics and records anonymous sessions with Microsoft Clarity — but only if you press «Accept» in the banner. Press «Decline» and no statistics cookie is ever written; everything on the site keeps working exactly the same.

The calculator answers and the country code are stored by your browser and are never sent to
our server automatically. The admin session exists only for people who log in at
/admin/; a normal visitor never receives it.
The cookie banner and your choice
Spanish and EU rules require consent for cookies that are not strictly necessary. On this site that means one thing only: visit statistics. Until you press «Accept», neither Google Analytics nor Microsoft Clarity is loaded at all — no request is made and no identifier is created.
We do not use Google Analytics for advertising: advertising storage, ad personalisation and data sharing with advertising products stay switched off permanently, and IP addresses are shortened before processing. The statistics show us page views and countries, not individual people.
Changed your mind? Reset your cookie choice — the banner will appear again and you can answer differently.
Third-party services
Some elements on the site connect to services outside our control when you use them:
- WhatsApp — only when you tap a WhatsApp button. From that point WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply.
- Google Maps — only when you click our address link and open the map in a new tab.
- Google Analytics — only after you accept the banner. The processor is Google Ireland Limited; data may be transferred outside the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Microsoft Clarity — only after you accept the banner. It records anonymous sessions (clicks, scrolling, page views) and heatmaps. Everything typed into forms is masked. The processor is Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited.
Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so a visitor who declines the banner loads the page without contacting any third-party server.
Controlling what is stored
Reset your cookie choice to answer the banner again. You can also clear everything in your browser settings — usually under Privacy, «Clear browsing data» or «Site settings». Clearing it only means the calculators start empty next time; nothing else on the site stops working.
Changes to this page
If we add any further non-essential technology, this page will be updated before that happens, and the date at the top will change.
