Privacy policy

This page explains what happens to the personal data you send us through this website — a callback request, a cost calculator, a WhatsApp enquiry — and what you can demand from us afterwards. It is written to satisfy the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is CREATOR COMPANY ALICANTE S.L., N.I.F. B26705343, with registered address at Calle Valencia 9, Local A, 03185 Torrevieja, Alicante, Spain.
For any question about your data, or to exercise the rights listed below, write to hello@creatorcompany.es or call +34 654 544 590. We answer within one month, as the regulation requires.

We do not ask for and do not want special-category data — health, religion, political views. Please do not include such details in a message. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
The statistics, specifically
This site uses Google Analytics 4, and only after you press «Accept» in the cookie banner. Until then it is blocked in advance through Google Consent Mode — the script is not even downloaded. Advertising storage and ad personalisation stay switched off permanently, IP addresses are shortened before processing, and we never upload your name, phone or email to Google. Who else sees your data
Your enquiry is stored on our own server and read by our own staff. Beyond that, data reaches only the providers we need to run the business:
- Our hosting provider — stores the website and its database.
- Telegram — we receive a notification of each new enquiry so nobody is left waiting. That message contains your name, phone and what you asked for.
- Google Ireland Limited — visit statistics, only with your consent. Data may be transferred outside the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you choose to write to us there; from that moment their own terms also apply to the conversation.
- Our accountant, and the tax authority — for clients, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your data, do not rent it, and do not pass it to other builders, estate agents or marketing lists. Nobody has ever paid us for a contact and nobody will.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may, at any time and free of charge:
- Access — ask for a copy of everything we hold about you.
- Rectification — have wrong details corrected.
- Erasure — have your data deleted, unless we must keep invoices by law.
- Restriction and objection — tell us to stop using the data while a dispute is settled, or to stop contacting you altogether.
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable file.
- Withdraw consent — for statistics, by resetting your choice on the cookies page; withdrawal does not affect what happened before.
Write to hello@creatorcompany.es from the address you contacted us with, or tell us the phone number you used, so we can find your record. «Delete my enquiry» in one line is enough — no form to fill in.
If you believe we have mishandled your data, you may complain to the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid). We would rather you told us first — most issues take one email to fix.
How the data is kept safe
The site works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The enquiry database is not public, and the admin area requires a personal login. Access is limited to the people who actually deal with clients. Enquiries older than the periods above are deleted.
Changes to this page
If we change what we collect or which providers we use, this page is updated before the change takes effect and the date at the top changes with it.
