Completed repair and landscaping in La Finca Golf
A villa on the La Finca Golf course, five years old and already showing the two things that age a Costa Blanca property fastest: hairline cracking on the render and a terrace surface that had gone chalky in the sun.
The render was cut out, repaired and repainted in a mineral finish that lets the wall breathe. All terrace levels were relaid in one porcelain, including the steps, which carry recessed lights so the change of level is readable at night — the most common cause of falls in these gardens. A pool heat pump was installed and screened behind the planter: on this coast it turns a pool that is comfortable from June into one that is comfortable from April to November, for a running cost most owners find reasonable. The furniture zone under the existing pergola was rebuilt as a proper lounge.
