Completed outdoor project in La Zenia
The house was already fine. What the family did not have was anywhere to spend the evening. This project treats the garden as another room: one continuous porcelain floor, three defined zones on it, and planting dense enough to give privacy from the neighbours.
The pool is separated by frameless glass rather than a fence, which satisfies child safety without cutting the garden in two visually. The lounge sits under a timber pergola with rattan pendants; the dining area is next to the outdoor kitchen, which has a gas grill, a sink with running water and closed storage that survives winter. Planting is deliberately mixed: strelitzia and yucca for structure, artificial grass where nothing would grow anyway, and white pebble beds that need no maintenance at all. If you are budgeting for something similar, the outdoor kitchen and the glass fencing are the two items people underestimate.
