Mar Menor Villa
A holiday villa near the Mar Menor rebuilt for rental: new pool finish and terrace, a glazed terrace enclosure, and a kitchen with an island that seats three.
Completed villa renovation in Mar Menor
This villa is let to holidaymakers, so every decision was made against a rental brief: surfaces that survive turnover, an outdoor area that photographs well, and a kitchen that works for a full house rather than a couple.
The pool was retiled and given a wide porcelain surround with a level edge, which is what makes the terrace usable in bare feet in August. The covered terrace was closed with a glass curtain system — folding frameless panels that open completely in summer and keep the space usable in winter. Inside, the kitchen was rebuilt around a peninsula with three stools and a compact stone worktop, and the staircase, bathroom and bedrooms were refinished in the same palette. The facade keeps its Murcian red, which is what the urbanisation is known for.
