Alicante Old Town Apartment
A ground-floor flat in central Alicante: statement marble-effect bathroom with a rainfall shower, wood-effect floors and a hallway opened up with recessed lighting.
Completed apartment reform in Alicante
Working in the old streets of Alicante means narrow access, no parking for a skip and neighbours above you on both sides — all of which has to be planned before the first wall comes down.
The apartment is small, so it was finished simply and well: wood-effect porcelain throughout, plain white walls, recessed lighting in the hallway ceiling to remove shadow, and one room that carries the whole design. That room is the bathroom, in dramatic book-matched marble-effect porcelain with built-in niches, a black rainfall shower column and a level-access tray. The facade rendering and the entrance were also repaired, which is often a community matter and worth agreeing before work starts.

- Cosmetic renovation — €280–650 per m²
- Full renovation with new services — €850–1,100 per m²
- Structural renovation, walls moved — €1,100–1,400 per m²
- Bathroom, complete refit — €4,800–14,000
- Kitchen — from €8,500 for a 3 m run, €22,000+ with an island
The full list is on the prices page. What moves a quotation away from these figures is nearly always the same short list: access, the condition of what is hidden behind the walls, and the finish level you choose.
