Torrevieja Apartment, Marble Finish

A bright apartment reform in white marble-effect porcelain: graphite kitchen with an oak worktop, a black-framed shower and a utility area on the enclosed balcony.

Project Overview

Completed apartment reform in Torrevieja

A two-bedroom apartment a few streets from the seafront, renovated for year-round use rather than summer only — which mainly means insulation, glazing and where the washing machine goes.

The floor is a bright white marble-effect porcelain in a large format; in a flat with one aspect it does more for the light level than any lamp. The kitchen is graphite with an oak-effect worktop and a full set of integrated appliances. The bathroom pairs the same white marble effect with a black-framed shower enclosure and black tapware. The enclosed balcony became a proper utility area with the washing machine plumbed in and out of sight, which is how you get a small Spanish flat to work in winter as well as August.

What stands outWhite marble-effect porcelain throughout, graphite kitchen with oak worktop, and the laundry moved out to the enclosed balcony.

Planning prices for renovation on the Costa Blanca

Figures for 2026, VAT included. They exist so you can budget before spending time on meetings; the binding price comes after we have seen the property.

  • Cosmetic renovation — €280–650 per m²
  • Full renovation with new services — €850–1,100 per m²
  • Structural renovation, walls moved — €1,100–1,400 per m²
  • Bathroom, complete refit — €4,800–14,000
  • Kitchen — from €8,500 for a 3 m run, €22,000+ with an island

The full list is on the prices page. What moves a quotation away from these figures is nearly always the same short list: access, the condition of what is hidden behind the walls, and the finish level you choose.
