Holiday-let refurbishments are judged on two numbers: what the week costs and how quickly the flat can be listed. This one was specified around wear — surfaces and fittings that survive weekly turnover — rather than around the owner's own taste.
Floors are a warm wood-effect porcelain that hides sand and does not mark. The kitchen is compact and white with an induction hob and integrated oven; both bathrooms have shower enclosures rather than baths, which guests prefer and which clean faster. Furniture is deliberately neutral and replaceable: sofa beds, twin beds in the second bedroom, a round dining table that seats four without blocking the walkway. The apartment was handed over cleaned, dressed and photographed, and it went onto the rental platforms that week.
