Short answer

Between January and September 2026, Creator Company Alicante S.L. completed 35 swimming pools on the Costa Blanca, carried out two villa reconstructions and currently has 770 m² in reconstruction — a 450 m² restaurant and two villas of 180 m² and 140 m² — plus 105 m² of new construction on site. A further 964 m² is already contracted to start in 2027. We work from our own office in Torrevieja, the company has been trading since 2022, and every project below is published with photographs of the finished work.

Most construction companies on this coast publish adjectives. We would rather publish numbers, because numbers are the only thing a client can actually check — and because the questions we get asked most often are, in order: how many of these have you built, can I see one, and when could you start mine.

This is our year to the end of September 2026, in full.

Two things are worth saying about this table before anyone quotes it back at us. The 35 pools are pools handed over to owners between January and September 2026 — not sites started, not quotations issued. And the 964 m² for 2027 is contracted work, not a pipeline of hopeful enquiries.

Thirty-five pools

Pools remain the largest single part of what we do, and the reason is unglamorous: a private pool on the Costa Blanca is a well-defined job with a predictable sequence, so a team that builds them constantly gets faster and more accurate at quoting them. Most of the 35 were reinforced concrete shells between 6×3 m and 10×5 m, on existing plots in Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa, La Zenia, Villamartín, Quesada and Los Altos.

Prices in 2026 ran from €13,500 for a 6×3 m turnkey pool to €26,000–34,000 for 10×5 m. What moved a quotation away from those figures was almost always the same short list: machine access to the plot, ground conditions, and how much terrace the owner wanted around the water. The detailed breakdown is in our pool cost guide, and forty-four finished pools are published with photographs on the projects page.

Of the work finished this year, three outdoor projects are worth looking at if you are planning something similar: El Chaparral, where the pool, terrace, lighting and pergola were planned as one job; La Zenia, where the garden became an outdoor floor with a kitchen and a glass-fenced pool; and La Finca Golf, where a heat pump extended the swimming season from June–September to roughly April–November.

770 m² in reconstruction: a restaurant and two villas

The larger share of our 2026 workload, measured in floor area and in weeks on site, is reconstruction. Three buildings are on site right now, 770 m² between them: a 450 m² restaurant and two villas of 180 m² and 140 m².

The restaurant is the project that says most about what the team can take on. Commercial reconstruction runs to a different rulebook from a private house — fire separation, extraction, grease interception, accessible WCs, an activity licence rather than only a works licence, and a programme written around an opening date the owner has already advertised. It is also the work that pays for the slow months, because a restaurant fit-out does not wait for the summer season.

This is the heaviest work we take on and the least understood. The usual situation is an owner who has bought a structurally sound but hopeless house in a location that could not be bought again today. Demolishing and rebuilding in Spain means a new licence, current setback rules and frequently a smaller house than the one that stood there. Keeping and reinforcing the existing structure keeps the original building volume — and that is often worth more than the entire cost of the reconstruction.

What that involves in practice: a structural survey, strip-out to the frame, welded steel beams where load-bearing walls come out, new beam-and-block floor slabs, then the rebuild. Our reconstruction project page publishes the site photographs in sequence, including the parts nobody photographs — the welding, the temporary propping and the slab forming.

Alongside those, we completed full renovations at El Valle Golf, La Zenia and the Mar Menor, and a run of apartment reforms in Torrevieja and Alicante.

105 m² being built now, 964 m² for 2027

New construction is the smallest part of our 2026 volume — 105 m² currently on site — and the fastest growing. The 964 m² already contracted for 2027 is roughly nine times this year's new-build volume, and it is the number that determines how we hire and schedule over the winter.

We say that openly for a practical reason. If you are planning a villa for 2027, the useful question to ask any builder is not "can you do it" but "what else are you committed to in that period, and who specifically will be on my site". A company that cannot answer that is either not busy or not counting.

New villa construction on the Costa Blanca in 2026 ran at €1,800–2,600 per m² depending on specification, plus the plot, the licence (typically 4–6% of the works value) and the technical team. The full figures are in our villa construction cost guide.

How to check any builder on this coast

We would rather you checked us properly than took our word for it, so here is the list we would use ourselves. It applies to any company on the Costa Blanca, including this one.

  • Ask for the CIF and look it up. Ours is B26705343, registered as Creator Company Alicante S.L. A company that hesitates at this question is answering it.
  • Ask to visit a finished site, not a showroom. Photographs can be bought; an owner who will let a stranger walk through their house cannot.
  • Ask who holds the licence. Building work in Spain needs a municipal licence and, above a threshold, an architect and a technical architect. If nobody mentions paperwork, nobody has priced it.
  • Ask for the quotation broken into stages with payment against each. A single number with 50% up front is the most common way people lose money here.
  • Check the warranty periods. Spanish law (Ley de Ordenación de la Edificación) sets one year for finishes, three for habitability and ten for structure. These are legal minimums, not a favour.

Questions we are asked about this

How many pools has Creator Company built in 2026?

Thirty-five, completed and handed over between January and September 2026, on the Costa Blanca South — mainly Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa, La Zenia, Villamartín and Quesada. Forty-four finished pools are published with photographs on our projects page.

Does Creator Company only build swimming pools?

No. In 2026 reconstruction and renovation accounted for more floor area and more weeks on site than pools. On site right now: a 450 m² restaurant and two villas of 180 m² and 140 m² in reconstruction, 770 m² between them. Completed this year: full villa renovations at El Valle Golf, La Zenia and the Mar Menor, apartment reforms in Torrevieja and Alicante, plus kitchens and bathrooms. Pools are the largest single category, not the whole business.

Does Creator Company work on commercial premises, not just homes?

Yes. A 450 m² restaurant is in reconstruction with us now. Commercial work differs from residential mainly in the paperwork and the services: an activity licence (licencia de actividad) on top of the works licence, fire separation, extraction and grease interception, and accessible WCs. If you are fitting out a bar, restaurant or shop, the licence route is worth discussing before the lease is signed, not after.

Can Creator Company take on a villa for 2027?

Yes, with the caveat that 964 m² is already contracted for 2027. Villa projects on this coast realistically need six to nine months between first contact and breaking ground, because of design and the municipal licence. For a 2027 start, the conversation should happen in autumn 2026.

Where does Creator Company work?

Costa Blanca South, from our own office at Calle Valencia 9, Local A, Torrevieja: Orihuela Costa, La Zenia, Villamartín, Quesada, Los Altos, Campoverde, Guardamar, Pilar de la Horadada and Alicante, plus the Mar Menor and the golf urbanisations at La Finca and El Valle. We do not work outside this area, because the schedule only holds if the site is within driving distance of the office.

What languages does the team speak?

English, Spanish, Russian and Ukrainian. Quotations, contracts and site reports are issued in the client's language, and the municipal paperwork is handled in Spanish by us.

What we are publishing next

The 2027 projects will be published the same way as everything above: photographs of the actual work, the scope behind it, and the figures. If you want to compare what we build against what you are planning, the 60 published projects are the honest version of this article — they include the sites that were difficult.

If you are planning work for 2027, send the location and a few photographs of the property. We will tell you what is realistic, what it costs in the range we have quoted this year, and whether we have the capacity — including when the answer is that we do not.

Planning this on your own property?

Send the address and a few photos. We will tell you what is realistic, what it costs and what has to be checked on site — before any commitment.
